Liebe Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer,

für Ihr Interesse am XI. Internationalen Leibniz-Kongress danken wir Ihnen. Ihr Vortragsangebot wurde angenommen. Bitte übersenden Sie uns den Text Ihres Vortrages bis zum 30. April 2023 als Word-Dokument (*.doc oder *.docx) sowie als PDF-Datei per E-Mail. Autoren-Richtlinien finden Sie beiliegend und auf der Homepage des Kongresses: Richtlinien/Guidelines/Directives.

Die Annahme Ihres Vortragsangebots bedeutet nicht, dass Ihre Reisekosten übernommen werden. Alle Referentinnen und Referenten werden gebeten, sich zunächst bei ihren Heimatinstitutionen oder bei anderen Einrichtungen um Reise- und Aufenthaltsgelder zu bemühen. In Ausnahmefällen können wir Zuschüsse zu Ihren Kosten leisten: Wir bitten Sie (sofern nicht bereits geschehen), ebenfalls bis zum 30. April 2023 Kontakt mit uns aufzunehmen.

Der Kongress wird am 31. Juli 2023 morgens beginnen; die Vorträge werden am 4. August 2023 am späten Nachmittag enden. Am 5. August 2023 finden eine Exkursion in den Harz und eine Führung durch die Herrenhäuser Gärten statt.

Für den Vortrag stehen Ihnen 20 Minuten zur Verfügung. 10 Minuten sind für die Diskussion vorgesehen. Die Kongresssprachen sind Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch. Die Tagungsgebühr beträgt 60 Euro (Ermäßigung für Studentinnen und Studenten: 30 Euro). Die Kosten für den Reader sind in der Tagungsgebühr enthalten.

Im Rahmen des Kongresses bereiten wir eine Adressenliste der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer vor, die im Tagungsprogramm veröffentlicht werden soll. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass uns Ihre vollständigen Adressdaten (mit Emailadresse) bei der Übergabe Ihres Textes zur Verfügung stehen. Sollten Sie mit der Aufnahme Ihrer Adresse nicht einverstanden sein, bitten wir Sie um eine Nachricht.

Dear participants,

Thank you for your interest in the 11^th International Leibniz Congress. Your proposal for a talk has been accepted. Please e-mail us the text of your talk as a Word document (*.doc or *.docx) and as a PDF file by April 30^th, 2023. Author guidelines can be found enclosed and on the homepage of the congress: Richtlinien/Guidelines/Directives.

Acceptance of your talk offer does not mean that your travel expenses will be covered. All speakers are requested to first apply to their home institutions or other institutions for travel and subsistence allowances. In exceptional cases, we can provide subsidies to your costs and ask you (if you have not already done so) to contact us by 30^th April 2023.

The congress will begin on the morning of 31^st July 2023; the lectures will end in the late afternoon of 4^th August 2023. On 5^th August 2023, there will be an excursion to the Harz Mountains and a guided tour through the Herrenhausen Gardens.

You have 20 minutes for your talk, 10 minutes are allotted for the discussion. The congress languages are German, English and French. The conference fee is 60 euros (reduced fee for students and students: 30 euros). The price of the reader is included in the conference fee.

As part of the congress, we are preparing an address list of the participants, to be published in the congress program. L'acceptation de votre proposition de communication ne signifie pas que vos frais de déplacement seront pris en charge. Les participants sont priés de se tourner d'abord vers leur institution d'origine ou vers d'autres organismes pour couvrir leurs frais de déplacement et de séjour. Dans certains cas, il nous sera possible de contribuer aux frais de voyage : nous vous prions dans ce cas (si ce n'est pas déjà fait) de nous en informer avant le 30 avril 2023.
