Liebe Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer,
anbei finden Sie organisatorische Informationen zum Kongress.
Veranstaltungsorte:
Eröffnung (Montagmorgen) und Abschluss (Freitagnachmittag) des Kongresses finden statt im Hörsaalgebäude, Conti-Campus, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hannover (U-Bahn Linie 4 oder 5, Haltestelle „Königsworther Platz“).
Die Sektionen finden ebenfalls auf dem Conti-Campus statt, im Conti Hochhaus und in der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hannover.
Der Öffentliche Abendvortrag (Mittwochabend) und die VGH-Dissertationspreisverleihung (Donnerstagabend) finden im Lichthof, Hauptgebäude der Leibniz Universität, Welfengarten 1, 30167 Hannover, statt (U-Bahn Linie 4 oder 5, Haltestelle „Leibniz Universität“).
Das Hauptgebäude der Leibniz Universität ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Conti-Campus entfernt. Sie können auch die U-Bahn nehmen (1 Station, Linie 4 oder 5, Haltestelle „Leibniz Universität“ und „Königsworther Platz“).
Treffen am Sonntag:
Sie können sich bereits am Sonntag ab 18 Uhr im Restaurant Ständige Vertretung (Friedrichswall 10, 30159 Hannover) treffen.
Kongressbüro / Anmeldung:
Das Kongressbüro finden Sie auf dem Conti-Campus im Niedersachsensaal (Raum 1501.000.A003, Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hannover). Es ist zu den unten angegebenen Zeiten geöffnet. Sie können sich ab dem 31. Juli 2023 ab 9:00 Uhr registrieren.
31. Juli – 4. August: 9:00 Uhr – 18:30 Uhr
5. August: 9:00 Uhr – 17:00 Uhr
Kongressgebühren:
Teilnehmer, die die Kongressgebühr von 60,00 € (Ermäßigung für Studierende: 30,00 €) noch nicht auf unser Konto (Leibniz-Gesellschaft, IBAN: DE49250601800000070946, BIC: HALLDE2H) überwiesen haben, werden gebeten, dies jetzt nachzuholen – bis spätestens zum 10.07.2023.
Sie können aber auch bei der Anmeldung zum Kongress bar bezahlen. Bitte halten Sie den genauen Betrag bereit, da wir kein Wechselgeld zur Verfügung stehen haben.
Exkursionen:
Am Samstag, den 5. August 2023, finden zwei Exkursionen statt. Wenn Sie an einer Exkursion teilnehmen wollen, schreiben Sie uns bis zum bis spätestens zum 10.07.2023 eine Nachricht, da es nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Plätzen gibt. Die Teilnahmegebühren betragen jeweils 15 € und werden vor Ort im Kongressbüro bar bezahlt.

Bitte melden Sie sich bis spätestens zum 10. Juli, falls wir Informationen nicht veröffentlichen sollen. Andernfalls erklären Sie sich mit der Veröffentlichung einverstanden.

Dear participants,
Please find enclosed organizational information about the congress.
Venues:
The opening (Monday morning) and closing (Friday afternoon) of the congress will take place in Hörsaalgebäude Conti-Campus, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hannover (tram line 4 or 5 (underground), tram stop "Königsworther Platz").
The sections will also take place on the Conti campus, in the Conti Hochhaus and in the Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hannover.
The public evening lecture (Wednesday evening) and the VGH Dissertation Prize Awards (Thursday evening) will take place in Lichthof, Hauptgebäude der Leibniz Universität, Welfengarten 1, 30167 Hannover (tram lines 4 or 5, tram stop "Leibniz Universität").
The main building of the Leibniz University is a 10-minute walk from the Conti campus. You can also take the tram (1 stop, line 4 or 5, tram stops "Leibniz Universität" and "Königsworther Platz").
Meeting on Sunday:
You can already meet on Sunday in the restaurant Ständige Vertretung (Friedrichswall 10, 30159 Hannover) from 6 pm.
Congress office / Registration:
The congress office can be found on the Conti campus in the Niedersachsensaal (Raum 1501.000.A003, Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167, Hannover). It is open at the times indicated below. You can register from July 31, 2023 from 9:00 am.
July 31 – August 4: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm.
August 5: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Congress fees:
Participants who have not yet transferred the congress fee of € 60.00 (discount for students: € 30.00) to our account (Leibniz Society, IBAN: DE49250601800000070946, BIC: HALLDE2H) are asked to do so now – by 10 th July 2023 at the latest.
However, you can also pay in cash when registering for the congress. Please have the exact amount ready as we will not have change available.
Excursions:
On Saturday, August 5, 2023, two excursions will take place. If you would like to take part in an excursion, please send us a message by 10 th July 2023 at the latest, as there is only a limited number of places. The participation fee is 15 € each and is to be paid in cash on site at the congress office.

The programme will be available in printed form and will be put online. If you have not already contacted us, the institute address you have submitted and the e-mail address through which this circular reaches you will be published in the program. Please contact us by July 10 th at the latest if you do not want us to publish this information. Otherwise, you indicate that you agree to its publication.

Vous trouverez ci-joint des informations concernant l'organisation du congrès.
Les lieux :
L'ouverture (lundi matin) et la clôture (vendredi après-midi) du congrès auront lieu dans Hörsaalgebäude, Conti-Campus, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hanovre (métro ligne 4 ou 5, arrêt "Königsworther Platz").
Les différentes sections se tiendront également sur le campus Conti, dans la Conti Hochhaus et dans la faculté des sciences économiques (Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät), Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hanovre.
La conférence publique du soir (mercredi soir) et la remise du prix de thèse VGH (jeudi soir) auront lieu dans le Lichthof, bâtiment principal de la Leibniz Universität, Welfengarten 1, 30167 Hanovre (métro ligne 4 ou 5, arrêt "Leibniz Universität").
Le bâtiment principal de l'université Leibniz se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du campus Conti. Vous pouvez également prendre le métro (1 station, ligne 4 ou 5, arrêt "Leibniz Universität" et "Königsworther Platz").
Rendez-vous le dimanche :

Bureau du congrès / inscription :
Vous trouverez le bureau du congrès sur le campus Conti, dans la salle Niedersachsensaal (salle 1501.000.A003, Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät, Königsworther Platz 1, 30167 Hanovre). Il est ouvert aux heures indiquées ci-dessous. Vous pouvez vous inscrire à partir du 31 juillet 2023 à 9h00.

Frais d'inscription au congrès :
Les participants qui n'ont pas encore payé les frais d'inscription au congrès d’un montant de 60,00 € (réduction pour les étudiants : 30,00 €) sur notre compte (Leibniz-Gesellschaft, IBAN : DE49250601800000070946, BIC : HALLDE2H) sont priés de le faire dès maintenant - jusqu'au 10.07.2023 au plus tard.
Vous pouvez également payer en espèces lors de votre inscription au congrès. En ce cas, il vous est demandé de bien vouloir faire l’appoint.
Excursions :
Deux excursions sont prévues le samedi 5 août 2023. Si vous souhaitez participer à l'une de ces excursions, veuillez nous écrire avant le 10 juillet 2023 au plus tard, car le nombre de places est limité. Les frais de participation s'élèvent à 15 € par personne et seront payés en espèces sur place au bureau du congrès.
